This is part 4 and we finally look at the bigger picture - understanding the exact steps required to change your response to anxiety.

In this episode we look at the Empowered Acceptance response as the ideal response to anxiety that allows it to naturally subside and stops anxiety interrupting your life.

How do we achieve that? First we need to address the blocking beliefs that stop most people from accepting anxiety.

Then we have to following the steps toward feeling empowered over anxiety by busting the myths around anxiety.

This means we can lean into it more readily and begin forming the acceptance toward anxiety.
