Today I speak with IFBB Pro Clare Morrow, a fitness & wellness coach who started her fitness journey at age 42, and went from fluffy to fit. She is now age 51 & helps people all around the world get in the best shape of their lives. Her motto is it’s never too late to get fit. Clare recently wrote a new book series called, Fluffy To Fit, and Fluffy to Fit Cookbook. They’re best sellers on Amazon. Clare’s goal is to help you get to your goals no matter how old you are.
