On the 2nd day of Fitmas, Do Hard Things gave to me: Deck the Halls AMRAP!
Ready for a holiday AMRAP challenge that will make your heart race faster than Santa's sleigh? Introducing the "Deck the Halls" AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout!

🎁 Your Mission: Complete a 20-minute AMRAP using a deck of cards. Each suit represents a different exercise, and the deck holds the key to your festive fitness fun! 💪

  • 🃏 Card Assignments:
  • Hearts = Push Ups
  • Spades = Lunge
  • Diamonds = Situp/Crunch
  • Clubs = Airsquat
  • Joker = 15 Burpees

  • ⏱️ Set your timer for 20 minutes and let the festive fitness begin! 🎅🏼
  • Instructions:
  • Pull a card.
  • Execute the movement corresponding to the card.
  • Aces = 1 Rep, Jack = 11 Reps, Queen = 12 Reps, King = 13 Reps.
  • Continue until 20 minutes has elapsed.
  • Examples: Ace of Hearts = 1 Push Up, Queen of Spades = 12 Lunges
