Tiana Canterbury is a powerhouse in the creative industry in Australia.
Just a few of her titles include..
Dancer, Choreographer, Artistic Director, Movement Coach, TV Personality, Mentor, Business Owner, Mum of 3 and Wife to Sydney's own RnB artist Mike Champion.
Tiana is the embodiment of following your passions and allowing them to create your dream life around you. She has always been a forced to be reckoned with on stage, dancing with and choreographing for artists such as Sampa The Great and Janet Jackson but she holds this high frequency energy in every part of her life and it really shows.
Her 3 kids and husband are all multi-talented artists in their own right and you can keep up with them on instagram @chillinwiththechamps
I had so much fun talking with Tiana and diving into her mindset, her daily life, her self maintenance rituals, her manifestation skills and mind-blowing achievements!
I know you will get a lot of inspiration and motivation out of this episode.
Let Tiana's infectious laugh and confidence code you to your core.
She is a beautiful example of what's really possible when you believe in yourself.
