In his current role, he is responsible for building trust and serving as a key advisor for Salesforce. Leveraging his expertise in program management, technical skills, organizational acumen, and transformational leadership, Lester translates Salesforce's business and strategic goals into executable plans, driving successful implementation. Additionally, Lester is a founding board member of the Caribbean Connections group at Amazon.
Before achieving success and earning accolades at Boeing and Amazon, Lester grew up in Guyana and Botswana before settling in the US after high school.
