Your thoughts and your words are more powerful than you may even realize. In fact, Scripture says, “A fool’s mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul.” – Proverbs 18:7
A snare is simply a trap. When you speak negative, destructive words over yourself, you are literally trapping yourself into the very thing you said.
And so many people don't even realize they're doing it!
The Bible also tells us, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” Whose tongue? Yours. You are speaking death or life when you open your mouth.
I want to share this wild, true story with you along with powerful affirmations to speak over your body in this week's podcast video.
