In today's episode we're looking at the thoughts and actions that you're practising over and over, maybe even without realising it.... and where these might be taking you.
If you practice playing guitar every day, you'll get into the habit of practising AND you'll probably get good at the guitar. That's obvious.
But what about the thoughts you're practising? And the words, and the behaviours?
Are they leading you in the direction you want to go? As you illuminate any of your unconscious practices, you can then decide whether to strengthen them, drop them, or create some new ones that serve you better.
