A lot of people may see getting sick as a failure or their life as an accumulation of failures once they had to let go of their old life to deal with chronic illness. We are here to tell you to take a step back and realize even the smallest things count as an achievement when dealing with a chronic illness!

On that note, in today’s episode we are sharing what we feel are top achievements we’ve accomplished since getting sick. You may be surprised with today’s discussion and what we believe counts as success. From the smallest triumphs to bigger life goals that seemed impossible to do with illness, there are some proud moments thrown in there with the challenges of illness.

We are often stronger than we realize. Take a breath, drink some water, and then give yourself a pat on the back for just doing that.
