Dr. Jeanette welcomes Ayn Cates Sullivan, author of Legends of the Grail: Stories of Celtic Goddesses and Heroines of Avalon and Other Tales, to share stories of these legendary women.
Ayn shares stories that existed for eons and brings them to life in the present as she danced with their energy and listened for their whispers on her adventures. She danced with their songs and poems while she connected to their heritage.
Where do we come from? Do we know the stories that were told centuries ago? Is there value in folklore stories?
If we explore where we have come from, note how we now exist, perhaps we can find the golden thread that takes us on a journey of eternal connection with all our ancestors. We connect to the land that seems to have a token of our heart and in the process of engaging with goddesses, we shed a light on our gifts that perhaps we have sitting in the corners of our thoughts.
In this current time of feeling disconnected and alone, seek the stories of centuries gone by of your heritage. You may find bits and pieces of you on each page, and isn't that the true gem?
