It’s our thoughts that guide our energy and our belief system. There is a connection between our confidence, self-esteem and our upbringing.This connection helps determine how well we cope with our fears and how we let go of our worries. It is important to let go and reprogram your beliefs in order to start healing from your trauma, anxiety and stress associated with being scared and worried.

Adrian tells listeners: “Do your best to raise your vibration and stop doing things that lower your vibration. By doing this, you'll also help yourself through fear and worry.”
