An interview with Dr Bob Newhalfen about the importance of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and overall physical performance. We talk about how being strong in DNS positions replicates the strength & stability that could apply to a BJJ guard, why a 6 pack….or 8 pack my not be a good thing, dangers of too external hip rotation and not enough internal rotation in BJJ fighters, a DNS approach to Yoga and mobility…..plus much more.
