Adrian also reminds us that meditation, even simple breathing exercises, change your physiology from fight or flight to a relaxed state. We are designed to manifest and create. We are very powerful and in control. Different things come to our lives based on our thoughts and feelings. We have to make sure that our subconscious thoughts and beliefs serve us, so that we may turn our negative thoughts, experiences and feelings into our own inner fuel that propels us to a greater version of ourselves.
