Being a pro bikini competitor and having worked as a vegan trainer and nutrition coach for over seven years now, I definitely get asked the same exercise and nutrition questions ALL the time. So often that I've even created an "FAQ" document to reference for every time it happens. But I'm sick of copying and pasting that thing! So we thought why not make a podcast episode featuring some of the many FAQs I get asked? Brilliant idea, right? And no doubt, an informative podcast delving into everything from how do I prepare tofu to what is the best thing to eat post-workout. Yes, my meatless meathead brethren, this one's for you. Enjoy!
