Disasters in Pro Wrestling usually happen during a match or soon after a match. An injury, a miscue, a quick count, or a prop failure are usually the culprits. But it's rare when the disaster starts from the very beginning, especially in WWF/E where there's at least 3 layers of approval before it gets to Vince's ears.
