ABOUT VERONICA ARMSTRONG:
Background
Veronica is a certified Life, Leadership, and Gallup Strengths coach. She is also an Accredited Small Business Consultant and Predictive Index Practitioner with more than three decades of experience enhancing the performance of individuals and teams in corporate America. Her background encompasses leading small and large teams through startups, realignments, and turnarounds. Her practical approach to leadership and organizational development began many years ago as a manager in a financial services company to her most recent role as Vice President of Sales and Service with a dental company.
Who She Serves
Drawing from her firsthand experiences and decades of coaching in corporate America, Veronica recently left corporate to focus on growing her business, Leadership Life Support, which she founded in 2017. As an entrepreneur focused on leadership development, she coaches mid-level leaders, executives, and small business owners in various industries, including interior design, financial services, museum and art galleries, and cannabis.
For women, Veronica created her signature coaching program, GPS Reset Academy, to help them achieve higher levels of personal and professional success. The GPS Reset Academy is a 12-week group coaching program designed to help women stop living on autopilot by getting clear on who they are, identifying where they want to go, and developing a plan and the confidence to get to their desired destination.
For leaders and small business owners, Veronica helps teams achieve higher performance levels using a strengths-based approach. She does this through full and half-day team development sessions and individual coaching programs ranging from 3, 6, to 12 months.
