Hey folks, I'm going to be taking a little time off in December and I thought that I'd reshare a few episodes from the archives. Today we're going to be returning to an idea that has been a reoccurring theme in the last few episodes—how to change things up that are no longer serving us.
We’re talking about how to manage shame, shame spirals, and considering ways that can reduce our sense of shame. We’re unpacking how we manage and what we say to ourselves when we are wanting, hoping, or waiting for things to be different. We're also going to be considering how we can be a little bit kinder to ourselves, and a few ideas on how to move towards the life we want.
