Today I interview Molly Patrick. She is 40 years old from New Mexico but currently living in Maui, Hawaii. Molly has been vegan for over 10 years and in 2014 her and her wife started a company called Clean Food Dirty Girl which they offer a whole host of resources including meal plans, recipes, Facebook group, and much more. They focus on empowering people to cook whole plant based foods by teaching people what to buy and how to make it. This includes people from all over the world, some new to the plant based lifestyle and even some who have been part of it for many years.
