Today I talk about the importance of joy.
When we begin on the journey of childhood trauma healing it can become all consuming.
Life can become really hard - lots of tears, feeling pain.
It can feel overwhelming.
But part of the healing is to remember the joy.
So today I talk about the importance of remembering happiness, gratitude and joy.
