A study at Clemson University found that there are positive outcomes for complaining, especially when you do it to find a solution. Researchers said, "Those who complained with the hope of achieving a certain result, the study found, tended to be happier than those who simply did so for its own sake." But what about those who don’t want to look for a solution to their problems? How do you handle those people…especially if you ARE one of those people?
