#542 This week on the Anxiety Slayer podcast we’re talking about how to use EFT Tapping to ease the pain of loss

We recently received a request from one of our Patrons who asked if we could create a Guided Tapping Session for releasing grief and easing loss. Tapping is such a supportive way to respond to grief, we decided to create a short course that, along with a Guided Tapping Session, offers 10 ways to work with Tapping to ease the pain of loss. Grief is a very personal experience, and very complex. We grieve for the loss of our loved ones, and also for places, experiences lost. Tapping is a compassionate self-help practice that can help ease the pain of loss and draw us peacefully into the present moment with our treasured memories held close. Discussion points Worldwide Grief from the Pandemic Tapping with Triggers How we can work with scents to ease the pain of loss Tapping for physical pain around loss Tapping for anxiety around loss
