Today our conversation is going to to discuss the concept of the importance of setting goals. It's never just about the bling; it's always about something more. Over the past 6 months or so, my priorities have shifted and obviously I’m not just talking about how they relate to running. Where I used to emphasize the next race or the next vacation, now my thinking has shifted to emphasize the long term a little more. This is why it's important to ensure our goals related to running fit into our overall goals as a human being.
