Opening into 2023 this first episode of the year was inspired by the phrase full of yourself. It was something I explored in a former episode and as we move into the new year, this is an invitation to deepen into the question, “If you’re not full of yourself, who else and what else are you full of?” How much of your true self you are full of and where can you find more you.

A beautiful way to find more you is to close your eyes and come into the silence of you. Breathe. Get out of your head and into your heart space. Then say out loud allowing your true self to fill in the blanks; My name is____, and I am full of myself. When I am full of myself I AM___.

As we continue to journey through this powerful time on the Earth, we re-visit our deepest layers and it can be challenging to find new footings. As I said in episode 135, we are finding our new footing in this moment, many of us are watering the new ground with our tears. The tears can be the emptying out of what is not us and stepping back into filling ourselves up with the truth of who we are and have always been beneath the clutter.

May we all continue to fill with more of our true divine presence in 2023. Much love, Christine
