'OLLY WOOD'
"I started off as the usual “sports guy” in school. I did every sport under the sun. Triathlons, rowing, polo, rugby, even bodybuilding shows. But as I start to run a business and slowly build a company with over 15 staff in my mid-20s I quickly noticed how much stress and mental exhaustion affected your body physically. Running a fitness business, I was doing all the “right” things. I was exercising, I was eating well, yet I noticed my energy getting worse and worse. I got to the point where I was coaching over 150 clients with debilitating levels of chronic fatigue getting in the way of every area of my life without getting any answers from doctors or “professionals” in this space. This took me down the path of discovering all the REAL obstacles people face when trying to get in shape - no amount of “dieting” or exercise will overcome the level of stress and inflammation that is making it impossible to feel our best every day. Through my recovery experience and the integration of all three areas, lifestyle, nutrition, and movement. I’ve now committed the last decade of my life to the development of The Meta Project with a step-by- step system alongside world-class coaches that has now impacted 1000s of clients from around the world.
