"I reached everything I want in calisthenics, so I want to take one step forward" - Vadym Oleynik

I first stumbled on to Vadym, from a viral video filmed in Odessa, Ukraine. This was about a decade ago. I finally got to meet him at a freestyle competition in Norway. Since then he has transitioned to mostly really hard calisthenics superset training as well as weighted calisthenics. Becoming one of the strongest in calisthenics and having some of the highest levels of endurance.

In this episode we talk about his transition to Crossfit, his supplements dos and don'ts. His suggested training plan for beginners, and how to pace yourself. How he handles overtraining and much more. Enjoy
