Psychological safety is incredibly important to us here at the Institute (it’s in our name, after all). But what IS it?
It’s not enough to create physically safe spaces, it’s important to create spaces that are psychologically safe as well. And Dr. Lee addresses some of the challenge and controversy around this concept.
Understanding what it really means truly sheds light on the concept and negates a lot of the resistance to it.
