Being task saturated at work causes several problems in our professional and personal lives. One of the many effects of this is that we keep ourselves busy with what is urgent, and we push away and postpone what is essential. 

We've conducted research with over 1200 managers from 108 different organizations, and we've found out that the primary concern of over 68% of them was prioritizing their time. To overcome this, we need a tool that provides us with powerful habits to schedule our priorities rather than prioritizing our schedule, and that is why we've written: "Do What Matters Most."

In this episode, I'm joined by my son Rob Shallenberger to talk about our latest book, "Do What Matters Most." We talk about the reasons behind creating this book, its primary purpose, and the results you can expect from reading it.
