Today we’re talking about the Big M - Menopause! This life phase leaves women frustrated, stressed, and even angry. Hot flashes, interruptive sleep, weight gain - oh my! If you're nodding along, feeling exasperated by the changes happening in your body, trust me, you're not alone.
