What are your plans for this year?

If you decided that this is your year to STOP binge eating, then you are in the right place.

I don't just have lived experience with binge eating ( I struggled for over 13 years with binge eating ) I also have over 500 coaching hours in helping women stop binge eating in the shortest time possible.

My wish this year for you is that you find a path to break free from the hold binge eating has had on you as I know how painful that can be.

Before I found coaching, I felt so alone like there was something desperately wrong with me but no one had answers for me.

today I wanted to share Three things I really wish someone would have told me back in 2018 when I was desperate for a solution.

Choosing to get help will not only get rid of binge eating but will make it possible within 4 months. Recovery takes time and has many ups and downs along the way. There’s a lot to learn about the symptoms you’ve been experiencing and working through the underlying issues, such as anxiety or trauma. You’ll want a coach that you trust in your corner to guide you along the way.
