Greg McDermott used to be overweight, overworked and did virtually no exercise.

In this episode Greg talks about a moment at a friend’s wedding, that caused him to radically change the direction of his life.

Since adopting a plant based diet with regular exercise, Greg has gone on to complete multiple Ironman triathlons.. as well as an Ultraman triathlon (10km swim, 421.1km ride and 84.3km).

Greg recently completed a 14,300km ride around Australia, in 78 days and shares some stories of what it was like.
