How Information Affects Our Mindset - With Shadab Mughal
Manage episode 419543219 series 3402597
Do the things we hear, see, read and think affect how we see the world?
Shadab Mughal believes they do.
Our mindset is shaped by the information we take in, positive and negative.
We are bombarded with information every day, but our minds are selective. Only the information we deem relevant is allowed into our conscious awareness, shaping our mindset.
How does your brain know what is relevant?
It goes by the things you are focusing on.
Remember, it's crucial to direct your attention towards the information that will shape your reality in a positive way, rather than negative. This is a key step towards personal growth.
Shadab is again our guest this week to help us achieve a more positive mindset.
Shadab was last here in March, in the episode 'Following the Divine Plan'
