Laura-Mai Edwards is the founder of Root Beginnings. A nurturing space that allows us to reconnect with our instincts through holistic mind-body coaching, yoga and breath techniques, workshops and retreats.
Laura-Mai was in what she thought was her dream job, but something inside told her she was in the wrong place. She felt unhappy and disconnected. So she left and started Root Beginnings.
The vision is to create a global community of deeply connected individuals inspired by their authentic selves.
