During his time at Team Automotive Group, Matt oversaw the development of the company's automotive service call center, which significantly contributed to the group's growth. Recognizing the challenges faced by dealerships and independent repair facilities in managing the business development side of automotive service centers, Matt and his colleague Kristin Dillard identified the need for a solution. This led to the launch of Bowtie Solutions, an outsourced service BDC solution specifically designed for the automotive industry and created by industry professionals for industry professionals. Matt has received immense industry recognition throughout his career. In 2021, he was honored as one of AutomotiveNews' 40 Under 40, a prestigious award that highlights young leaders making a significant impact in the automotive industry.
