There have always been people in the coaching world who simply called themselves coaches with no training or legitimate credential, but as coaching becomes more widespread and well known, we're seeing more and more manipulative charlatans in our profession. Their impact ranges from ineffective support to outright abuse and damage. In this episode, Ann and Ursula discuss why educating the public about legitimate coaching is so important and what else legitimate coaching profession needs to do.
