In this solocast, I break down my personal health routine and offer tips on how to achieve your dream fitness goals. We often find ourselves stressed, overwhelmed and entirely unmotivated to stick to our fitness routines when our already busy lives go into overdrive. So how do we change that? Today I give you the inside scoop on how I balance my career, workout schedule and health, so you can start to build your own personal health routine and achieve your best life. When you positively identify why you want to live a healthier life, you will start to proactively cut out bad habits and automatically adopt healthy lifestyle changes!
