We believe food is healthy (effective) or unhealthy (ineffective).

On that note, food is NOT a moral issue. Being overweight, eating unhealthy, or even craving unhealthy food doesn’t make you a bad person… It makes you a HUMAN BEING!

We don’t like the term, “Cheat Meals” because you are not cheating on yourself when you indulge in an effective meal. The problem is when you abuse food and it starts to abuse you. That is a slippery slope no wants, needs, or deserves to go down.

Join us in this conversation about mentality, responsibility, and how to understand what your cravings are telling you to make rational decisions that you can own to make the best choices possible.

Here is our list of topics we unpack:

  1. It’s a treat.
  2. There is always something healthier
  3. Budget (balance)
  4. Nutrient Tank and Satiated
  5. HALT
  6. Pre-Heat
  7. Drink
  8. Celiac…

Peace ✌🏼 | Love 🤟🏼 | FITness 💪🏼
