This episode features On The Runs pod co hosts Erika Hamel and Eric Knuunntunen who join Reagan "Monkey Stuffer" Fitzgibbons, Celeste FADD, Fred and AFB as we relive all the fun shit stories from the trail, along with a recap on Anchor Down Ultra. After a spicy retelling of the Epic Erie Canal Trail, that Erika basically insisted on hearing, the episode makes a run at greatness, but can’t quite get the belt loosened in time, and the space is suddenly filled with questionable #CodeBrown content that only gets worse as the episode heats up.

Fred offers some graduate level 24 hours race strategy advice and rescues us all. and Monkey Stuffer kicked ass.
