This week Chade talks about how incorrectly setting goals in the past has let him down and set him back on his ongoing quest for improvement and offers some advice to help you avoid the same pitfalls.
We dig deep (with examples!) of mistakes such as making your goals too vague, setting goals what are unrealistic, the importance of making manageable deadlines AND how to fix the above.
