Teemischung bei Durchfall:

10 gramm Himbeerblätter (mild stopfend, bindet Keime)

20 gramm Gänsefingerkraut (mild stopfend und krampflösend, bindet Keime)

20 gramm Kamillenblüten (krampflösend und keimhemmend)

Anwendung:

1-2 TL mit nicht mehr kochendem Wasser übergießen nach 7 – 12 Minuten durch ein Sieb abseihen und 2 – 3 Tassen über den Tag verteilt trinken.
