Low energy, thyroid issues, insomnia, irregular periods....many people suffer from a combination of these issues and go from doctor to doctor to find help, yet cannot figure out the root cause. We're here to say that it could be as simple as the fact that you might not be eating enough! If your body doesn't have the raw energy to run properly, it cannot sustain all systems optimally and has to "cut back" in various ways - causing things like sleep issues, hormone irregularities and digestive issues to name a few. In this episode we discuss signs that you might not be eating enough, and (if you resonate with any of these issues) encourage you to try thoroughly fueling your body!
