According to the American Lung Association, 1/3 of Americans have an environmental risk factor that may contribute to their asthma, COPD, lung cancer, allergies, and heart disease due to our current air quality. Since we can’t control air pollution or wildfires, we can try to reduce the burden on our lungs and to reduce our inflammation from the inside out.
