Tammy is the founder and CEO of PCQ Consulting. Tammy consults with domestic and international companies to help them improve their culture and develop sustainable DEI initiatives driven first by the culture that supports diverse candidates.

Nikki Lanier is the CEO of Harper Slade, a racial equity advisory firm focused on helping organizations advance equity for some and equality for all. Nikki is a dexterous division executive, leading teams in several settings, including manufacturing, government, higher education, HR consulting, healthcare, k-12, and central banking. Nikki earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, a bachelor's degree in Journalism from Hampton University, and holds a certification in Collective Bargaining from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Today, we will continue our conversation about DEI in the workplace.
