While all are hosts are in agreement that Silence is a well made film, this episode highlights once again some difference of opinion in terms of its faith aspects. After hearing that their mentor, Father Ferreira, had possibly denied his faith after being tortured in Japan, Father Rodrigues and Garupe convince their superior to let them go and find out what really happened. Their faith is soon tested as they experience the violent realities of the Japanese persecution of Christians.
