What we all need is energy! It all comes down to the quality and quantity of the energy that you have and are expressing. In this episode I invited Nathan Walz to help clarify this topic and help you to regain energy simply by being in nature and restoring your Circadian Rhythm to the biological diurnal cycle of nature that follows the sun or light.
Do you experience any of the following:
1. Poor sleep; insomnia, restless, waking up flat and fatigued
2. Metabolic distress and disorders, digestion, insulin resistance, cancer
3. Weakened immune system
4. Inflammatory disease
5. Low Vitamin D status
6. Psychological distress, mood swings, memory loss, and impaired brain function
7. Profound decrease in energy
8. Accelerated aging
9. Loss of connection, feeling isolated, lonely, depression
10. Increased levels of cortisol - the stress hormone
