In this episode, I am going over three more things to stop doing in 2023 so we can finish the year off strong and start 2024 off on a high note. This is a continuation of my episode #26 released about a month ago so if you have not watched that episode, click this link ➡️ https://open.spotify.com/episode/23LQH3SE7sCC6oKCMqvHYr?si=08269020636844ffWe have habits that we need to break and a lot of them are self-sabotaging. Things like staying in the same places and with the same people we outgrew and no longer fill our cups, holding grudges and giving up on ourselves anytime it gets a bit difficult are some of the worst habits a lot of us carry with us. It is incredibly difficult to fill our cups and fulfill our lives when we self-sabbatoge in this way. It is hard to move forward when we are making each step harder. In this episode, I go over how to stop doing these three things so we can start fulfilling ourselves, reaching our full potential physically, emotionally, mentally and socially, and making our smiles brighter and hearts fuller. If you enjoyed this episode of Dose of Mind, please leave me some feedback and share it with a friend you think would like this too and benefit from it.Come say high!Instagram: https://instagram.com/dancudes?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
