In this episode, I speak about the fitness industry's five do's and don'ts. The industry is full of products, trends and fads, social media posts, and a lot of other things that fog the reality of what Fitness is. Fitness is about reaching your full potential, physically and mentally rather than finding the best new trend s or exercise or diet. There are no shorts and the things we need to do are always the things that are least attractive. I don't sell, such as eating, a wholesome healthy diet sticking to the basics and exercises and creating positive habits that we implement into a daily healthy routine.
