I’ll chat with Kathryn Dolan, Professor of American Literature at Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO. She’s the author of Breakfast Cereal: A Global History. Then, I head to my hometown to speak with Bill Lawson, Executive Director of the Mahoning Valley Historical Society in Ohio. Bill tells us about the history of the creation of the Good Humor Ice Cream Bar.
