Thank you for listening. As the US election dominates the news worldwide, the anxiety level increases around the world. No matter where on this earth you are now, perhaps you are listening to the news. Worry about the outcome of this election. To help your nervousness and anxiety, do the followings: Take care of yourself. Don’t let the election take you away from the basics: Eat well, exercise, and get enough sleep. Surround yourself with positivity. Put on some relaxing piano music and watch the sunrise. Go off the grid. Don’t look at Facebook or Twitter. People are finding stress triggers from their own friends who have strong opinions. Find distractions and take a mental vacation. Avoid overly opinionated people. Escape to the mountains or park, nearby river another fun location if you can. Keep it all in perspective. Take care of yourself and your family. Nothing is going to change. Chances are things are going to stay the same in the immediate future regardless of what’s decided. Be Safe. Be strong, my friends.
