Walking meditations can be so grounding, especially when they are outdoors. But some of us are in the midst of colder months and winter weather that can make it a struggle to get outside. This meditation is to help you get moving, even if it’s indoors. To help ground you through gentle movement on a treadmill. If you can, bring nature near your treadmill to enhance your experience, perhaps placing yourself near a window. This time is for you.
