Social media essentially runs our current world... And I don't really think it's going anywhere. To be honest, there are a TON of positives to social media! But, put it in the wrong hands, and it can go south reeeeeal quick. It gives anyone with a smartphone/computer/tablet the ability to speak freely, without filtration or regulation. That can be a breeding ground for misinformation, especially in the fitness industry.

I don't know about you, but there have been many a time when I found myself scrolling, reading, listening, or watching, and I just got FRUSTRATED. Consuming content is a job in and of itself... You have to know HOW to consume it intelligently without letting it take over your entire brain space. In today's episode, I'm giving you 5 of my favorite ways to be a better content consumer so you can have a better overall social media experience!
