I'd love to hear from you!

In episode 11 of Emotional Intelligence: Your Greatest Asset and Key to Success, I discuss what diversity is and why we should embrace and value it--in ourselves and in others. Focusing on how we perceive and interact with the world, I encourage listeners and viewers to practice self- and other-acceptance, claim your authenticity and vulnerability, and be the love for others that you want for yourself. I offer examples of how drawing on the positive intelligence Sage muscle allows us to do just that.
